Our brake systems are engineered specifically for the Mopar 68-70 B and 70-74 E body platforms rather than simply fitting off-the-shelf components. Complete systems of matched components are modeled and developed utilizing vehicle data including corner weights, center of gravity, wheel and rotor sizes, and target vehicle speeds.
Computer modeling ensures that all components are properly sized and matched to deliver optimal levels of braking performance - and most importantly - superior front to rear balance.
The computer analysis defines optimal:
Caliper piston sizing front and rear; whether two, four or six piston
Master cylinder sizing
Hydro boost sizing and capacity relative to the rest of the system
Our brake calipers have piston diameters sized specifically for our vehicle applications. Once the modeling is completed and prototype components assembled, track-testing of the vehicle is undertaken to validate the system.

Hydroboost power brakes

Hydroboost power brakes run off a vehicle's power steering system rather than engine vacuum. Auto manufacturers have used hydro boost on vehicles for many years on certain applications, rather than a vacuum brake booster. The advantages of hydro boost are:
No dependence on engine vacuum
More efficient vehicle packaging - much smaller than a vacuum booster
Integrated reserve in case of a loss of engine power
