Our primary engine criteria was a lightweight modern engine design offering the flexibility and reliability of EFI, distributorless ignition and significant horsepower to displacement potential. The modern HEMI engines offered by Chrysler proved to be the perfect candidates.

XV Motorsports undertook a full engine development program utilizing the 5.7 and 6.1 HEMI engines with targeted output from 500 to 1,000 HP. While still underway, the XV engine development program has already yielded a range of engine packages, which increase the overall strength of the motors, as well as unleash their full performance potential.

XV Motorsports' goal was also to offer our engine packages and custom 5.7 or 6.1 HEMI engines for classic Mopar, street rod, hot rod, off road and drag or road race applications.
