After optimizing the suspension packages on the Four Post Rig, the cars undergo testing on a closed circuit road course and public roads to fully evaluate the suspension settings and refine them. The vehicles are driven under a variety of conditions and pushed to their limits on track to optimize their performance, while retaining desired levels of vehicle comfort requisite of a true daily driver.
During this process, a damper engineer is on hand with a shock dyno at the track to rebuild our development shocks based upon our test drivers input. Once the optimal balance has been attained, the vehicles are also driven under normal driving conditions to ensure they meet with our overall requirements for both track and street use.
After this process is complete, parts can be produced including dampers valved specifically for our applications. All production components are fully matched and optimized for each of our Level I and Level II Suspensions with components uniquely optimized for each of the B and E body platforms.
