XV CHASSIS STIFFENING SYSTEM
XV Motorsports has developed a series of chassis stiffening components that together dramatically improve the vehicle’s torsional rigidity, resulting in better overall performance as well as reduced interior vibrations and noise. These components were developed by using full torsion tests of the vehicle in stock trim and with different types of components in place.

1966-1972 B-Body (Charger, Roadrunner, Superbee, Satellite, Coronet, Belvedere)

1970-1974 E-Body (Cuda & Challenger)

1967-1976 A-Body (Dart, Duster, Scamp, Demon)

The XV Chassis stiffening system components we offer are the results of our testing and development and include:

XV Engine Compartment Brace

XV Laser Cut Sub-Frame Connectors

XV Mandrel Bent Lower Radiator Support / Front Frame Rail Connector

XV Inner Fender Braces

The XV Chassis Stiffening System was designed to work with both our Level I and Level II Suspension Systems as an integral component in delivering optimal handling performance. The Chassis Stiffening System is highly recommended for the Level I Suspension and is essential for the Level II Suspension.

Please note, that with the exception of the engine compartment brace, all of these products require welding for installation.

426 HEMI Motors & Shaker/Six-Pack air cleaner packages have yet to be validated for use with the XV Engine Compartment Brace.
