These kits are used to hook an XV Tilt column to your vehicle's steering mechanism, whether you are running a factory steering box or rack and pinion setup.

Most of the kits include two U-Joints (a top joint and a bottom joint) and a shaft which must be cut to length.

The top joint goes from the column to the shaft and the bottom joint from the shaft to your steering box or rack.

A-Body kits for facory steering boxes are a single joint as given the length of the column there is no need for the shaft and a single joint can go from the column to the box.
