With the introduction of our new induction packages we have upgraded our fuel rails and are offering them in several different configurations.

All of our billet fuel rails are now black anodized and have the XV Motorsports logo laser engraved on them. Additionally, we are offering several application specific kits, all with all black fittings and hose.

Our rails were designed to support over 1,000 HP and we have now gone to our own custom extrusion which has allowed us to offer a nicer piece at a better price.

For OE applications wishing to use our intake manifold we now offer complete bolt on kits using race quality components and these kits include a custom XV Quick Connect to -8AN fuel adapter fitting, which allows the factory fuel lines to connect directly to our fuel rails. If you outgrow the factory fuel system, the adapter can be eliminated leaving you ready to plumb a full race fuel system to the -8AN fittings on our rails. We are also offering a kit designed for use with stand alone EFI systems requiring a feed and return setup, which would typically be used in engine swap and full race applications.

Our fuel rails are offered in four different configurations:

11-2209 Bare Rails
For those of you who wish to supply your own fittings or want to plumb it differently than we do, this kit includes a pair of bare fuel rails.

11-2200 Feed / Return Fuel Rail Kit
This kit is designed for applications not originally equipped with a 5.7 or 6.1 HEMI engine, looking to run a stand alone EFI engine management system. The kit includes a pair of our billet fuel rails, stainless mounting hardware, race quality black AN fittings and -8AN crossover line. It is setup to plumb the intake with -8AN feed and -6AN return lines. A typical stand alone EFI setup will require a feed/return style setup.

11-2207 OE Truck Fuel Rail Kit
This kit is designed for vehicles originally equipped with a 5.7 HEMI in the truck configuration and wishing to use the XV intake manifold. This is a returnless system and includes XV’s custom Quick Connect to -8AN fuel adapter fitting, which allows our fuel rails to be connected directly to your factory fuel lines. The kit includes a pair of our billet fuel rails, stainless mounting hardware, race quality black AN fittings, a -8AN crossover line, a -8AN feed line, billet line separator and the XV custom Quick Connect to -8AN fuel adapter fitting. It is a complete package with all components in black to make a clean and professional installation. Please note that this fuel rail kit is designed to work with XV Intake Manifolds.

11-2208 OE Car Fuel Rail Kit
This kit is designed for vehicles originally equipped with a 6.1 HEMI or 5.7 HEMI in the car configuration and wishing to use the XV intake manifold. This is a returnless system and includes XV’s custom Quick Connect to -8AN fuel adapter fitting, which allows our fuel rails to be connected directly to your factory fuel lines. The kit includes a pair of our billet fuel rails, stainless mounting hardware, race quality black AN fittings, a -8AN crossover line and the XV custom Quick Connect to -8AN fuel adapter fitting. It is a complete package with all components in black to make a clean and professional installation. Please note that this fuel rail kit is designed to work with XV Intake Manifolds.
