PCV-BREATHER-VACUUM INSTALL KIT FOR XV INDUCTION PACKAGES
The XV PCV, Breather, Vacuum Install Kit is a component of the XV Induction Packages for LX, RAM and Jeep applications.
The kit provides PCV, Breather and Vacuum solutions for use with the XV 5.7 and 6.1 HEMI intake manifolds on vehicles originally equipped with these engines.
PCV
The kit includes a PCV valve, fittings and black high-temp silicone hoses for installation on our intake manifolds.
BREATHER
The kit replaces the cap for the XV Intake Manifold’s oil fill and includes a hose barb correctly sized for the factory breather lines. This will work with both the factory intake ducting as well as aftermarket cold air kits. The replacement cap / barb are aluminum race quality components finished in black.
Please note that on RAM applications the XV intake eliminates the factory air hat which the breather connects to. For these applications a modified cold air kit will need to be used.
VACUUM
To facilitate hooking up existing vacuum lines, the kit includes a brass hose barb to be installed in the intake manifold that is sized to the factory vacuum lines as well as a vacuum “T” and brass hose barb for hookup of PCV and brake booster vacuum line (please note brake booster hose not included).
The kit includes instructions for easy installation.
This product is not legal for use in the state of California on pollution controlled vehicles.
