XV INTRODUCES ITS OWN LINE OF FORGED WHEELS
We’ve been asked many times about the wheels we use on our custom builds. The right wheel and tire combo can make or break the look of a car. Over the past few years there have been so many changes at wheel manufacturers making it ever harder to get them made to our specs, that XV has gone ahead and is now offering our own line of wheels.

These are real-deal lightweight race quality wheels that are sure to blow you away when you see them. Just check out the specs:
Three Piece Modular Construction
A true three piece wheel allows you to replace a rim shell if it gets damaged or bent.
Forged Center and Rim Shells
The rim shells and the center of our wheels are forged, not cast, in lightweight aluminum. Not only are forged wheels stronger, they are safer than castings as a cast wheel can shatter in an impact, whereas a forged wheel will bend which can mean the difference between control and no control for the driver.

12-Point Stainless Hardware
We only use stainless hardware on our wheels and the look of the twelve point head is straight from the race track.

Strategically Lightened
Look at the back of our wheels and you will see the additional machining performed to lighten the wheel without sacrificing strength.

Stepped Lip
Our wheels are one of the very few custom wheels still available with a stepped lip design which is stronger than the soft lip look and won’t become dated as styles come and go.

Metal Valve Stems
Rubber valve stems are banned in many forms of racing, so our wheels come with a metal valve stem installed so you don’t have any hassles at tech inspection.

Aluminum Center Cap
No cheap plastic center caps here. Fully machined aluminum center caps are included with our wheels and have our logo laser engraved. As an option, you can provide your own artwork which can be engraved in place of our logo.
Fitment
Poorly fitted wheels are a nightmare and can ruin the look of an otherwise awesome ride. If you are working with one of our applications we have the specs on file to ensure proper offset, brake clearance and getting plenty of tire under your ride that fits. You don’t have to struggle with a custom wheel manufacturer hoping it all works. While we don’t have every combination, if you’re running one of our suspensions or brake kits we have recommended combinations that will get you where you want to be.
Custom Finishes
In addition to standard polished finish, we are offering our wheels with black anodized centers. We feel the anodized wheels look much nicer than powdercoat and very few manufacturers are able to offer anodized wheels. We have other finish options, but polished and black anodized have been the favorites.
Mounted and Balanced Tires
We can make it really easy for you. We also offer matching tires to go with the wheels and ship them to you mounted and balanced so all you have to do is bolt them on!
For late model Mopar owners we have also put together wheel and tire combos that provide a staggered look and let you get more rubber on the ground.
